31 night minimum. No nightly rentals allowed due to zoning. Beautiful two-bedroom two bath beach house built-in 2016. Also included in the backyard is a detached bunkhouse with two separate sides and entrances for a total of four bunk beds. One set of bunk beds on each side of the bunkhouse. Enjoy all the modern amenities with the charm of a beautiful backyard with native landscaping. Plus we are close to the beach. We also have strong Wi-Fi for those that need to work remotely.
